For the Salad

refrigerated cheese tortellini

cherry tomatoes, halved

cucumber, peeled and chopped

red onion, thinly sliced

pitted kalamata olives, chopped

fresh mozzarella balls

For the Dressing

Instructions
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
