For the Sauce

garlic

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in ricotta cheese and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
