Ingredients
  

For the Cookies

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a twist, add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the dough.
