For the Cake

instant lemon pudding mix

vegetable oil

For the Glaze

powdered sugar

fresh lemon juice
plus extra zest for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before glazing.
In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the batter.
