Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas

For the Peanut Sauce

  • cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

For the Filling

  • 2 cups fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, julienned
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and honey to create the sauce.
  • Spread sauce on each tortilla. Add chicken, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and cilantro. Roll tightly and serve.

Notes

You can add other vegetables or adjust the sauce ingredients according to your taste.
