  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers Find in the refrigerated section.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked brisket Use leftover brisket or any cooked beef.
  • ¼ cup Jalapeños Adjust for spice tolerance.
  • ¼ cup Green onions Can substitute with chives.

For Frying

  • 2 cups Oil for frying Use a neutral oil.

For Serving

  • ¼ cup Honey For drizzling over egg rolls.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, cooked brisket, jalapeños, and green onions.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Drizzle honey over the warm egg rolls before serving.
