For the Gratin

sweet potatoes
peeled and sliced

fresh cranberries

heavy cream

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer the sliced sweet potatoes in a baking dish, followed by the fresh cranberries.
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, shredded Gruyère cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Pour the cream mixture over the sweet potatoes and cranberries.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Notes
