Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in pineapple, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweet chili sauce. Add more red pepper flakes for extra heat.
