For the Shrimp

large shrimp, peeled and deveined
For the Sauce

fresh pineapple, diced
½
cup
sweet chili sauce

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoon
olive oil

cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoon
ginger, minced

green onions, sliced

teaspoon
red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 5 minutes.
Stir in pineapple, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweet chili sauce. Add more red pepper flakes for extra heat.
