Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For the Vegetables

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

For the Wrap

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: ranch, spicy mayo, or extra sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in cornstarch, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Cook until sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and assemble wraps with chicken and vegetables in tortillas.
  • Serve with optional dips if desired.

Notes

You can customize the wraps with your favorite sauces or extra vegetables.
