For the Cake

vegetable oil

diced fresh strawberries
For the Topping

strawberry jam

heavy cream

powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat your oven according to the cake mix instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cake mix, vegetable oil, and diced strawberries. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for the time specified on the cake mix box.
While the cake cools, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Once the cake is cool, spread the strawberry jam on top and then add the whipped cream topping.
Sprinkle the strawberry gelatin powder on top for added flavor.
Notes
You can add more diced strawberries on top for decoration if desired.
