Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tablespoon milk (any kind, as needed)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
  • Add the cream cheese, freeze-dried strawberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store the protein balls in the refrigerator for up to a week.
