For the Dough

active dry yeast

For the Filling

cream cheese
softened

powdered sugar

For the Glaze

powdered sugar
for the glaze

milk

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, melted butter, and egg to the mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes. Heat oil in a fryer and fry the donuts until golden brown.
For the filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam until smooth.
Once the donuts are cool, fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the filled donuts.
Notes
These donuts can be served warm or at room temperature. You can also add more strawberry jam for extra flavor.
