Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz spaghetti

For the Steak

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced or cut into bite-sized pieces

For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • cups grated parmesan cheese

Optional Garnishes

  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • crushed red pepper flakes for garnish
  • extra black pepper for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss to coat and heat through.
  • Serve with optional garnishes like parsley, red pepper flakes, and extra black pepper.

Notes

You can adjust the seasoning to your taste. Add more cream for a richer sauce or more vegetables if desired.
