Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz Rigatoni Pasta Use rigatoni that holds sauce well.

For the Sauce

  • 1 lb Steak Choose a tender cut like sirloin or ribeye.
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Use extra virgin olive oil for best results.
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates a rich sauce.
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese Use crumbled blue cheese.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese For a gooey crust on top.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until softened.
  • Stir in heavy cream, blue cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese melts.
  • Combine the pasta and steak with the sauce. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake at 350°F until golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seasoning and cheese amounts to your preference.
