For the Sauce

Instructions
Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until softened.
Stir in heavy cream, blue cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese melts.
Combine the pasta and steak with the sauce. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake at 350°F until golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
