For the Spinach Dip

For the Coating

Mozzarella string cheese sticks
Cut in half

Italian-style breadcrumbs

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, sour cream, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Take each mozzarella stick and wrap a portion of the spinach dip mixture around it. Secure with your hands.
Coat each wrapped stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each stick until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the spinach mixture. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
