Ingredients
  

For the Spinach Dip

  • 1 cup Fresh spinach Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

For the Coating

  • 12 sticks Mozzarella string cheese sticks Cut in half
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • for frying cup Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, sour cream, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Take each mozzarella stick and wrap a portion of the spinach dip mixture around it. Secure with your hands.
  • Coat each wrapped stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each stick until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the spinach mixture. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
