Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients first, then add in the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into bagel shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
Brush the tops with egg wash for a shiny finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
