Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat or regular
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 egg egg for egg wash

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour Can substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free flour.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional for added flavor.
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients first, then add in the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into bagel shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with egg wash for a shiny finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
