For the Glaze

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla extract, maple extract, sour cream, and milk to the butter mixture. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the bars are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, maple extract, and milk until smooth.
Once the bars are cool, drizzle the glaze over the top.
