For the Cobbler

For the Topping

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, milk, vanilla, and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined. Pour the batter into a baking dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the batter. Pour hot water over the top without stirring.
In a small bowl, mix topping sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
This cobbler is best served warm with a scoop of ice cream. You can adjust the cinnamon according to your taste.
