For the bowl

lean preferred

red potatoes
diced

shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese

chopped lettuce or mixed greens

onion

olive oil
For the special sauce
½
cup
mayonnaise

ketchup

yellow or Dijon mustard

Cajun seasoning
adjust to taste
Instructions
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender.
In the same skillet, add ground beef and diced onion. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning to make the special sauce.
Assemble the bowl with potatoes, beef mixture, greens, cheese, and drizzle with special sauce.
