For the Sauce

cornstarch

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
Add melted butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the apple mixture. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours or until apples are tender.
Notes
Serve warm as a side dish or dessert. You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness.
