Instructions
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Add beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
Add egg noodles to the slow cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley and Parmesan if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the seasonings according to your preference. This dish pairs well with a side salad.
