Ingredients
For the Shrimp

large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

unsalted butter, divided

olive oil

garlic, minced

dry white wine (or chicken broth)

freshly squeezed lemon juice

teaspoon
red pepper flakes (optional)

chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
For the Garlic Bread

slices
thick slices of French or Italian bread
garlic butter
(made by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and parsley)
Instructions
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the shrimp, wine, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the garlic bread by spreading the garlic butter on the slices of bread and toasting them in the oven.
Serve the shrimp in bowls, garnished with parsley, alongside the garlic bread.
Notes
You can substitute the dry white wine with chicken broth if preferred.
