Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 1 can Refrigerated flaky biscuits These create a flaky, buttery crust.

For the Filling

  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp Chopped and thawed if frozen.
  • 1 cup Lump crab meat Canned or fresh for convenience.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Substitute with cheddar if desired.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened; can swap with ricotta.
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Enhances seafood flavor.
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped; can use chives or dill.
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted; olive oil is a healthier option.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet and arrange the biscuits according to package instructions.
  • In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  • Spoon the mixture onto each biscuit and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

You can experiment with different cheeses or herbs to customize the flavor.
