For the Main Dish

chicken or turkey sausage, cut into ½-inch slices

sweet potatoes, cut into ½-inch cubes

broccoli, cut into ½-inch florets
For the Honey Garlic Sauce

unsalted butter

medium cloves
garlic, minced

honey

low-sodium soy sauce

apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish

minced fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a sheet pan, combine the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the saucepan. Stir until combined and heated through.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and vegetables on the sheet pan. Toss to coat.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
Garnish with minced parsley before serving.
Notes
You can customize the vegetables based on your preference. Feel free to add bell peppers or carrots.
