Ingredients
  

For the Main Dish

  • 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, cut into ½-inch slices
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into ½-inch florets

For the Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a sheet pan, combine the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the saucepan. Stir until combined and heated through.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and vegetables on the sheet pan. Toss to coat.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  • Garnish with minced parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the vegetables based on your preference. Feel free to add bell peppers or carrots.
