Instructions
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, salami, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
Add the Italian dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve.
