Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 12 oz tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 6 oz salami, diced
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup olives, sliced optional
  • ½ cup Italian dressing

For Seasoning

  • salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish

  • fresh basil leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, salami, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  • Add the Italian dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve.

Notes

You can customize this salad by adding other ingredients like bell peppers or different types of cheese.
