For the Sauce

unsalted butter

olive oil

grated Parmesan cheese

dry white grape juice or chicken broth

Instructions
In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, grape juice or chicken broth, lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of crushed red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
