Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For Serving

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, grape juice or chicken broth, lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of crushed red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
