1cupmarinated roasted red peppers(include 1-2 tablespoon marinating liquid)
3clovesgarliccrushed/minced
salt and fresh ground pepperto taste

1cupheavy cream
For the Pasta
½lbpasta
½cupreserved pasta wateras needed
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add roasted red peppers and marinating liquid, then stir in heavy cream and basil. Cook until heated through.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
This dish pairs well with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.
