Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Fold in sour cream, walnuts, and sliced bananas.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
You can substitute walnuts with chocolate chips for a different flavor.
