Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup old-fashioned whole-rolled oats don’t use quick cook or instant
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Filling

  • 1 cup raspberry preserves seeded or seedless will work

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Add flour, oats, and salt. Stir until combined.
  • Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  • Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the raspberry preserves.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

You can use other fruit preserves if desired. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
