Ingredients
  

For the Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, eggs, and crushed pineapple. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and pineapple juice in a bowl until smooth.
  • Once the cake is done, allow it to cool for a few minutes before drizzling the glaze on top.
