For the Cookie Dough

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add the flour and chopped pecans, mixing until combined.
Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let them cool slightly.
Roll the warm cookie balls in extra powdered sugar before serving.
