Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup finely chopped pecans

  • Extra powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Gradually add the flour and chopped pecans, mixing until combined.
  • Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let them cool slightly.
  • Roll the warm cookie balls in extra powdered sugar before serving.
