Ingredients
  

Sausage Balls

  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (chicken or turkey)
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Dip

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, sausage, cheese, and black pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • For the dip, mix mayonnaise and yellow mustard in a small bowl.

Notes

Serve the sausage balls warm with the dip on the side.
