Sauce

Instructions
Combine the chicken with the marinade ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
Add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and add to the skillet. Cook until the sauce thickens.
