For the Pasta

For the Sauce

olive oil

garlic, minced

red pepper flakes (optional)

cherry tomatoes, halved

sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)

baby spinach

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes soften.
Stir in spinach, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add spaghetti and enough water to cover. Cook until pasta is al dente and sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Serve warm.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes. Fresh herbs can enhance the flavor.
