Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth.
Fold in the thawed whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Layer graham crackers in a dish, spread the pudding mixture over the crackers, and repeat layers, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
Notes
For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon juice to the mixture.
