Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

For the Filling

  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz
  • cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping Cool Whip or homemade
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional Garnish

  • shaved white chocolate or extra pecans for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with shaved white chocolate or extra pecans if desired.

Notes

This pie can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
