For the Filling

instant chocolate pudding mix

whipped topping
Cool Whip or homemade

sweetened shredded coconut

chopped pecans

sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with shaved white chocolate or extra pecans if desired.
Notes
This pie can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
