Ingredients
  

For the Bars

  • 1 cup butter melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, and peanut butter to the mixture. Stir until combined.
  • Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  • Cut into bars and serve.
