Instructions
Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
Mix flour, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and paprika. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
Assemble the sandwiches with fried chicken, brioche buns, and dill pickle chips.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
