Ingredients
  

For the Beef Patties

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For Assembly

  • 12 mini burger buns or slider rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon butter for toasting buns

  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Sliced red onion
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 12 small patties and cook them on a griddle or frying pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preference.
  • While the patties are cooking, butter the mini burger buns and toast them on the griddle until golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, adding a slice of cheese, and your choice of optional toppings.
