Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Wrap

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • 2 cups mixed greens (such as spinach or arugula)
  • 1 piece lemon, juiced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional tzatziki sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, cumin, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them well with the mixture.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  • On each tortilla, spread hummus and layer the mixed greens, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over the fillings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve with tzatziki sauce if desired.

Notes

You can customize your wraps by adding other vegetables or using different types of cheese.
