For the Chicken

dried oregano

ground cumin

For the Wrap

whole wheat tortillas or wraps

cherry tomatoes, halved

cucumber, diced

red onion, thinly sliced

feta cheese, crumbled

kalamata olives, sliced

hummus

mixed greens (such as spinach or arugula)

lemon, juiced

tzatziki sauce for serving
Instructions
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, cumin, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them well with the mixture.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest.
Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
On each tortilla, spread hummus and layer the mixed greens, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.
Drizzle lemon juice over the fillings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve with tzatziki sauce if desired.
Notes
You can customize your wraps by adding other vegetables or using different types of cheese.
