Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown.
Assemble the sandwiches with the fried chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and pineapple slices.
Spread mayonnaise mixed with sweet chili sauce and lime juice on the buns before adding the chicken.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper. Serve with fries or your favorite side.
