Instructions
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Remove the salmon and set aside. In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and basil. Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish pairs well with rice or vegetables. Adjust seasoning to your preference.
