Instructions
Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.

Add sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts.
Fold in the cooked gnocchi and season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
