Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 16 oz Macaroni
  • 8-10 pieces Eggs, hard-boiled & chopped Use 10 if you like a lot of eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped celery Finely diced recommended
  • 1 cup Chopped onion Finely diced recommended

For the Dressing

  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 6 teaspoons Sugar
  • 8 teaspoons White vinegar Apple cider vinegar can be used as a substitute
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

Notes

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving for better flavor.
