Instructions
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Notes
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving for better flavor.
