raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp, cherry tomatoes, spinach, Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Combine with the shrimp mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
