Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 teaspoon salt omit completely if your lemon pepper seasoning contains salt
  • 4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts approximately 2-2 ½ pounds total

For the Flavor

  • 1 lemon sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • teaspoon black pepper more or less to taste
  • optional chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Add to the skillet with butter and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add lemon slices to the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
