potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
For the Vegetables

baby spinach

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to the skillet. Cook until spinach wilts.
Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Bring to a simmer.
Add gnocchi and cream. Cook until gnocchi is heated through.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
You can use coconut cream for a dairy-free version. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
