For the Glaze
¼cupAdditional Parmesan for sprinkling
2tablespoonsFresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Melt the unsalted butter and brush it over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
