Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, cranberries, and dried thyme or rosemary. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

You can use either fresh or dried cranberries based on your preference. Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
