Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, combine the chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil, and minced garlic. Arrange the chicken in a single layer.
In a mixing bowl, mix cranberries, orange juice, honey or maple syrup, salt, rosemary, orange zest, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
Pour the cranberry glaze over the chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, thin orange slices, or extra cranberries before serving.
Notes
You can use either honey or maple syrup for the glaze. Fresh cranberries are preferred for the best flavor.
